Magic Slam 6 at SANDKORN: Karlsruhe decides on the best magic

When the stage becomes a magical competition ground

On October 29, 2026, the SANDKORN in Karlsruhe will transform into a stage for astonishing illusions, surprising twists, and young magic. In Magic Slam 6, five magicians will compete against each other, while the audience itself becomes the jury and decides on the finalists and the winner.

Five artists, one magical scepter

The evening's dramaturgy follows the principle of direct competition: Each performance sets new impulses, and every act builds suspense. The winner of the previous slam defends his title against four new artists. The focus is not only on dexterity and deception but also on stage presence, timing, acting skill, and the ability to captivate the audience immediately.

Magic up close at SANDKORN

The stage experience thrives on the proximity between artists and spectators. Lighting, acoustics, and the concentrated theater atmosphere create moments of shared attention from every trick. Amidst awe, laughter, and incredulous shaking of heads, it is decided who reaches the audience the most.

Hosted by Simon Schmitt

Simon Schmitt will guide the evening and connect the individual contributions into a fast-paced show. His hosting creates the dramatic framework for an entertaining theater night where audience reaction and spontaneous energy play a central role.

An evening for the curious and magic fans

The Magic Slam is aimed at everyone who wants to experience magic not from a distance, but live and immediate. The SANDKORN offers the right setting: a versatile theater house in a central location, accessible via the Mühlburger Tor stop. The Magdeburger Haus parking garage is located directly opposite.

Conclusion: Magic is decided before the eyes of the audience

Magic Slam 6 promises an evening full of illusions, competition, and immediate stage energy. Anyone who wants to see five magicians competing for the favor of the audience and the Magical Scepter should attend this show live at SANDKORN.
