Pregnancy Yoga Under the Starry Sky: Cosmic Flow in PLANET KA

Pregnancy Yoga Under the Stars: Peace, Strength, and Trust in the Planetarium

On October 14, 2026, the PLANET KA Planetarium Karlsruhe will transform into a protected space for mindful movement and deep relaxation. During the pregnancy yoga under the starry sky, gentle yoga exercises, conscious breathing techniques, and an immersive planetarium atmosphere combine for a special break for expectant mothers.

Gentle Movement for the Back, Body, and Pelvis

The guided yoga session helps to consciously perceive the body in all phases of pregnancy. Strengthening exercises for the back and entire body meet movements that support and prepare the pelvis. The practice is also aimed at participants without prior yoga experience and focuses on mindful execution rather than athletic performance pressure.

Breathing Exercises and Relaxation Under the Starry Sky

When the stars appear above the yoga mat, a calm, almost floating atmosphere is created. Breathing exercises promote peace, strength, and trust. Relaxation phases invite participants to let go of everyday life, recharge their energy, and consciously experience the connection to their own bodies and their baby.

Cosmic Flow with Live Planetarium Show

The event lasts approximately 75 minutes. About ten minutes will consist of a live planetarium show for warming up and concluding, with around 65 minutes dedicated to the guided yoga session. The immersive dome projection creates a special connection between bodywork, breath, relaxation, and a cosmic view above.

Important Notes for Visitors

Entry into the building is expected to begin at 3:40 PM. Please arrive on time, as late entry cannot be guaranteed. A personal yoga mat, comfortable exercise clothing, and something to drink are part of the personal equipment. Due to limited seating, prior online booking is recommended. The single ticket costs 29 euros plus a service fee of 1.50 euros per order.
