Cosmic Flow: Yoga under the Stars at the Planetarium Karlsruhe
When breath, movement, and cosmic expanse meet, an extraordinary sports and relaxation experience is created at PLANET KA. On October 14, 2026, MojoYoga in collaboration with PLANET KA invites you to 90 minutes of immersive yoga under the starry sky.
Arriving under the planetarium dome
A short introduction to the starry sky opens the evening. Mindful breathing exercises then lead you into the moment and create distance from everyday life. The unique stadium atmosphere of the planetarium replaces audience noise and floodlights with tranquility, openness, and an intense tension on the field for body and mind.
Flowing Sun Salutations and Hatha Yoga
Under the guidance of Katharina Mayer from MojoYoga, the approximately 75-minute yoga practice begins. Gentle movements and flowing Sun Salutations prepare the body for selected exercises from Hatha Yoga. Strength, flexibility, and body awareness are at the forefront. The clear formation of the exercises connects breath and movement into a concentrated play system for one’s own balance.
For beginners and experienced yogis
Cosmic Flow is aimed at all levels. No prior knowledge is required. The schedule includes about 15 minutes of planetarium presentation for warming up or concluding, as well as about 75 minutes of guided yoga practice. Thus, the event combines physical activity with mental recovery and conscious body awareness.
Relaxation under the starry sky
At the end, the practice leads into a soothing final relaxation. Under the star dome, the body and mind can come to rest before new energy, clarity, and lightness accompany you into everyday life. The immersive setting transforms a yoga session into a special experience in Karlsruhe.
