Cosmic Flow: Yoga under Stars at PLANET KA Karlsruhe
When mindful movement, conscious breathing, and the gaze into the starry sky connect, an extraordinary sports and relaxation experience is created. On October 7, 2026, MojoYoga invites you to 90 minutes of Cosmic Flow at the Planetarium Karlsruhe, in collaboration with PLANET KA.
Arriving under the Star Tent
The event begins at 5:30 PM with a short introduction to the night sky. In the special atmosphere of the planetarium dome, everyday thoughts dissolve as mindful breathing exercises prepare the body for practice. Floodlights and stadium noise give way to cosmic vastness, tranquility, and focused field tension for body and mind.
Flowing Movements and Hatha Yoga
Under the guidance of Katharina Mayer from MojoYoga, a roughly 75-minute yoga practice follows. Gentle movements and flowing sun salutations lead into selected exercises from Hatha Yoga. Strength, flexibility, and body awareness are at the forefront. The clear formation of the exercises creates a calm rhythm in which breath and movement merge.
Suitable for All Levels
Cosmic Flow is aimed at all experience levels. No prior knowledge is required. The sequence combines about 15 minutes of a planetarium presentation to set the mood or conclude with a mindful yoga session. This creates an immersive experience that combines physical activity with mental relaxation.
Relaxation with a View of the Universe
To conclude, the practice leads into a soothing final relaxation under the starry sky. The calm atmosphere supports regeneration, inner clarity, and new energy for daily life. Visitors experience yoga not in a regular gym, but in a planetarium with a cosmic backdrop and intense spatial effect.
Conclusion: Cosmic Flow at PLANET KA brings movement, breath, and starry sky into a unique harmony. Those who want to consciously align body and mind and experience a special yoga experience in Karlsruhe will find the right evening here. Mark the date now and experience Cosmic Flow live under the stars.
