POTHEAD return to Substage Karlsruhe in 2027 with powerful riff rock

POTHEAD return to Karlsruhe in 2027 with their distinctive riff rock

After the concert postponement, the new date is set: POTHEAD will perform on Saturday, October 30, 2027, at Substage Karlsruhe. The originally planned performance for October 30, 2026, was postponed due to a health-related lineup change and an unavoidable scheduling conflict.

Direct rock sound meets driving groove

POTHEAD stands for earthy riff rock, powerful bass lines, and a distinct melodic groove. The band combines forceful guitar work with clear rhythms and a stage performance that puts direct contact with the audience at the center. Visitors to Substage can expect an intense live atmosphere with powerful sound and concentrated musical synchronization.

A band with its own path

The history of POTHEAD began in the early 1990s when American musicians Brad and Jeff Dope came to Berlin. Since 1993, the band has released numerous studio and live albums, including USA, Desiccated Soup, Pot of Gold, Tuf Luv, Rocket Boy, and Pottersville. With Janitor Records, POTHEAD also founded its own label and maintained control over production, release, and marketing.

Postponement with valid tickets

Tickets already purchased for the original date remain valid for the rescheduled date on October 30, 2027. Those who cannot attend the new date can return the tickets at the respective point of sale. The show starts at 8:00 PM, with doors opening at 7:00 PM. Concert guests aged 16 and over are admitted.

The concert experience at Substage

Substage on the Karlsruhe slaughterhouse grounds is one of the established live music clubs in the region and regularly hosts concerts from rock, metal, ska, electro, and hip-hop. For POTHEAD, the club provides the perfect setting for a concentrated stage performance: close to the audience, physically palpable, and supported by a powerful live sound.

Conclusion

POTHEAD bring their characteristic guitar riffs, driving grooves, and decades of stage experience back to Karlsruhe. Those wanting to experience honest rock with direct audience engagement should mark October 30, 2027, and see the band live at Substage.
